It's Monday...

Good Morning Ladies!
In case you haven't developed a workout plan for the day I thought I'd share what I did.
T-mill - walk for 5 mins. - run for 10 mins. - walk for 5 mins. - run for 5mins. - walk for 10mins.
Nothing fancy but something none - the - less!
