SPRING IS HERE!!!!!!!

I know we have all hit a little low point over the last month with our motivation. I was thinking that maybe we could come up with a group goal to try to achieve for the month of April. Let me know what you think.

I'd like to challenge all of you to consume 3 servings of lowfat dairy every day this month!

Deal! You know that I rarely turn down a challenge. How about if I bring my medicine ball and maybe Sharon can bring hers or Bethany can bring hers and at the end of our workouts on Tues. & Thursdays we can do some sets with a partner. A little something extra & different?? What are your thoughts?

I am sure that I do not get in 3 servings of dairy a day now, but I will add it to my daily list. I knew I would hear from Jess, because I know we both have just a little competitive edge to us. Lets try to make a plan Thurs. at our workout.

Hey~ Sharon says.......
I'm up for a little competition. I also feel as though I've hit a slump. 3 diary products! okay. I know that I don't get that everyday up til now.
However, as we've mentioned, not sure where else within the day I could fit much more in. I think it'll have to take a conscious effort to do little things throughout the day whether we are sitting or standing at work. I'm hoping the better weather will help.
I like the ball idea. I'll keep thinking.

I was first a little nervous about seeing a comment from an anonymous person, but I guess its just our good lost friend Sharon. I am setting a personal goal of loosing 2-3 pounds by the end of April. If I could keep up with that it would be 6-9 pounds by the end of the school year. I know that I need to be realistic and look at the longer picture. I hope that this goal will help me think about everything I put into my mouth and do those little extras Sharon keeps encouraging.
